So happy with Electrician, Guy Leech!
I met Guy in September of 2022 when I needed electrical work done on my first vacation rental. After my first encounter, I knew I would never seek out a different electrician, moving forward. In the last 3.5 years, I have used Guy over 30 times, across three different properties and I couldn’t be happier.
Guy is a professional. He is tidy in his appearance, his van is clean, and he is always dressed appropriately. He shows up when he says he’ll show up (typically a few minutes early). He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his craft. He provides sound options in discussing what I am trying to accomplish. He takes the time to explain everything to me prior to the work being done to ensure I understand everything correctly and I am comfortable with the process. He is efficient and works purposely to complete the job in a timely manner. He safely buttons up his work site and sweeps the area before he leaves. He always provides timely photos and updates to me throughout the process when I cannot be on site. I also like that he saves all my old usable parts allowing me to repurpose, when feasible. It bugs me when my replaced parts are just discarded without my knowledge or input.
I think the best part about working with Guy is how pleasant he makes the experience. He is so nice and so thoughtful. He never complains about doing his job or makes me feel like I am asking for too much. I am very fortunate to have met Guy Leech. I never have to look for another electrician again, until he retires, which I hope isn’t for a very long time.
