Short: Very happy, will definitely be using them again and recommend to anyone that needs electrical work.

Long: Needed a panel cleanup. Another company hard sold me on what felt like the sucker price to do more work than was needed and claimed it was absolutely necessary and any other outfit who said they could do it for less was going to be a violation of code.
I called Coy on the recommendation of the HVAC company that had just done our install and am very glad I did. Micah came out for the site evaluation and even after I said I had been told the panel was a total mess, he dispelled that notion and told me it was actually in fine shape and just needed a minor amount of work to get it cleaned up but that it didn’t pose any safety risk as it was. The estimate came back at 10% of what the other company wanted - complete with all provisions about standards and code and the like - and instead of a day and a half, they said it could be done in a couple hours and they'd have us back up and running before my work day started.
Wyatt came out for the service and was as good as their word, even walking me through what the panel looked like before and after, what he had done, what our future options were and more. He was incredibly communicative and friendly and even asked me if I wanted him to look at anything else while he was here (I had one electrical issue I asked him about, which he answered with some ideas about what I could do to fix it on my own).
Overall, Coy seems like the type of company that does right by its customers, knowing that value and service are the cornerstones of repeat business and recommendations. Or they're just good, honest people. Whatever the case, I could not be happier with the service I got and want everyone to know that Coy should be your first call for electrical needs.
