Stephen was on time, tidy, pleasant to interact with, and knowledgeable. He got the job done in about the time we expected.

I wish the service hadn't cost so much more than the guy (recently retired) who's been my electrician for over 20 years, but THAT'S NOT A COMPLAINT! They did what they said, and everything about it was right up where we'd hoped it would be.

We'll use Coy Electric again, for sure.

If the service didn't cost so much more than the guy (recently retired) who's been my electrician for over 20 years, I'd have given Coy Electric a full 5 stars, but THAT'S NOT A COMPLAINT! They did what they said, and everything about it was right up where we'd hoped it would be.

We'll use Coy Electric again, for sure.

As a first-time customer, I am very pleased with the service I received. I had a couple minor issues that I wanted taken care of. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the technician that came, but he was a delight, very respectful and fun to chat with while he was tinkering around my house. I feel comfortable and satisfied with the work that was done and I will continue to use this company in the future.

Coy electric got us in same day on a weekend at the regular rate amd even offered a coupon through the union for $300 off. The electrician was on time showing up during the 2 hour window but also called prior to give us updates on his arrival time. I would definatly use them again!
