An incredible company!
The project manager came to my home promptly after requesting the quote. The quote was provided within days, along with full descriptions and alternatives that provided choice. The documentation was seamless and direct; the completion was quick, professional, and as requested.
A side note. The electrician accidently sawed into a peg board. He immediately owned it. He didn't try to hide it, blame something else, or pass it off like it was on purpose. He simply admitted it, offered to fix and replace, and asked me what I wanted. This is what professionalism looks like.
Once the work was completed, Nichole, the office manager let me know of the bill and method to pay. I went to the office the following day and discovered I qualified for a rebate. Again, A Great Company. Each individual I interacted with was professional, courtesy, and kind.
