The journeyman came and was at our house for a little over an hour - we were very happy with the work and he was very pleasant. He went out to his vehicle to fill out the paperwork afterwards… but quickly came inside to let us know he had left the paperwork behind and just to expect the bill in the coming weeks - we had no estimate or idea of what the bill would be. Fast forward two weeks and we get a bill that shows we are paying for 3 hours of work - I called to just ask how the hours were calculated but the front desk couldn’t help me so I was transferred to someone else. I left a voicemail and never heard back. We ended up paying the bill but I’m a little frustrated we had to pay for the entire time window without a heads up when he was here half of that time. Probably would not use again just because of the billing issue.

Very impressed. They came out and quickly solved multiple issues I had. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely feel I “got my moneys worth”, which is becoming more rare nowadays. I would recommend this company 100%.

First time Madsen customer. Blue chip experience. Insurance carrier required inspection of electrical panel. Madsen was responsive, thorough and attentive to details on site and with follow-up report.
Had a panel swap done. Excellent communication, very fair pricing and the electricians were very pleasant to be around. Would definitely use again
GREAT EXPERIENCE. when the lights go out it can be scary! Madsen came to my rescue as quickly as i could ask for. And the guys who came were knowledgeable, informative, friendly, kind. Things got done quickly and all is well again. Thank you, Jonah and team.
