Called them out to replace a GFCI, locate unlabeled switches in my breaker box and perform an inspection in preparation for listing my home for sale. Went above and beyond in service and even helped in getting my stuck garbage disposal working again which turned out to not be an electrical issue. They fixed various minor issues in preparation for the sale. Kevin was very knowledgeable and willing to help. I felt he made sure I got my moneys worth for the service minimum fee.
A buyers inspection was performed on my house a few months later, a few very minor issues were located. Tice sent a tech back out free of charge to fix two loose grounding wires.

I love this team. I went through a long renovation that involved myriad tasks, some of which were unique and, frankly, bizarre. They've handled them all with professionalism and excellent attention to detail. What I especially appreciate is their care for aesthetics. All their fixes not only function perfectly, but look great.

He showed up right when he said he would, very quickly diagnosed the cause of the issue we were experiencing, and then quickly came up with a solution that avoided any disruption to the three of us working from home. I needed a retro exhaust fan hooked up. The electrical needed to go down the outside of my house. It was exactly as I had envisioned it and am super pleased. I haven't seen the bill yet so I don't know how economical it is.
